We accept online orders through our web page or you are able to make an appointment to visit our showroom .
Is it possible to give a bespoke order?  
CLARİTAS would be appreciated creating the design of your dreams. Please let us know if you have a design in your mind. Custom designs can be for an extra fee. Create the design of your dreams. Fees vary according to the materials used and time needed to create. Please contact us for more details.
When will my order be shipped?  
All of our designs are handmade. For that reason, each of our products is specially prepared for our clients.
Please allow us sufficient time for your order by paying attention to the delivery lead times. 
Client Ships in 3-6 weeks
Bespoke Order: Ships in 6-8 weeks
Wholesale: Ships in 8 – 12 week
What is the shipping cost?  
WORLDWİDE SHİPİNG: We do overseas shipments with DHL company. The fee determined by DHL according to the countries is applied.

DOMESTIC: Domestic shipments are made with the YURTİÇİ KARGO. We send the goods at prices determined by the company.
Which countries do you ship?  
Our Company is based in İstanbul, Turkey. We can ship worldwide.But some countries may take longer for delivery. İf you have any questions about the shipping details please contact us.
What is the return policy?  
Since our designs are made specifically for each client, we do not allow returns. We can provide service for repairs if manufacturer's defect is reported upon receipt of the item.

Due to the nature of bespoke orders, we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges on custom requests.

If your return is accepted 
You should send us your order with the invoice for the product you want to return within 14 days of delivery. If you do not send us the product within 14 days with receipt, you lose the right to return. If the product is used, modified, repaired or has missing pieces, the return cannot be accepted. The cost of the returned product belongs to the customer.
